Life......Once Over

1) There's something you've always dreamed of doing but you haven't done it because you think you lack the time, money or support to do so.  What is that something and what are the REAL roadblocks keeping you from it?

2) Name something you would eat more of if health, cost, allergy, and caloric intake were of no concern.

3) What is the ONE singer/band, book/author, painting/painter or other artist/work of art that "speaks to you" most?  Why?

4)If your country's government handed you a check for 10 billion dollars and empowered you to use that money to support a single program, cause, or organization, where would you send it?

5) What really, genuinely pisses you off?

6) Describe your current level of happiness and contentment in your life.  Are you living the life you imagined for yourself when you were younger?

Feel free to answer all or just a few of these question in the comments.  Anonymous comments are welcome too.  I need some inspiration.  I know it's out there.....

I really want to get through nursing school so I can work in a children's hospitsl. The real reason I haven't done it is because I'm scared.

cinnabons....hands down......no question!

Andrew Klavan's Empire of Lies. I read it twice and I'm tracking down his previous books too.

Public school system. Our teachers DO NOT get paid enough and the resources are running low. Children shouldn't be short changed when it comes to their education.

When my children ask me to do things for them that I know they can easily do for themselves. They know my answer will be far less than pleasant.

I'm so totally not where I thought I'd be in my life. But honestly, it's been a nice surprise. You never know when a curve ball might just be thrown your way so I try never to get too comfortable.

very thought provoking questions. Hope you don't mind if I answer them:

1) Moving out of the state of Utah. I did not take advantage of the opportunity in college and since getting married, it has not be an option.

2) You really expect me to choose one: probably fast food

3) Too many to chose just one.

4) Africa.

5) Being late, but mostly when others are late or make me late.

6) Current level of happiness: 7/10I consider myself very happy/content. That said, I am not living the life that I expected. I got married and had kids too quickly. I wish I would have been married longer without the children. I wish I could have worked further in my field of study. (Got a graduate degree that I never got to use).

I've always dreamed of traveling, but have always met roadblocks. Ie: Financial, work schedules, children...

I would eat chocolate. Milk chocolate, dark chocolate, any kind of chocolate...

Eckhart Tolle is phenomenal. I have read all his books. He influences me to be a better person. If you haven't read him, do it...

The welfare system in America. Give some of these kids in poverty a leg up and see what they can make of it. I do like your suggestion of the Public School System...

People who forward political e-mails pisses me off more than anything. Any political e-mail constructed is done by left/right wing extremists and do not contain much fact. Can't stand it...

Happiness: At a 10!
